Watching rugby over the internet

Does anyone know of a site where you can watch the Super 14 and other international games on the internet? My friend's friend who lives in England wants to know. Please don't say something like "buy Sky" or something - I don't know his situation and why he wants to watch over the internet.

I am in the UK and I use RugbyZone, works the charm. You actually get to see the matches as Sky hardly shows them (not the Sharks any ways). It is $99 for the year and operated by SuperSport. You need to know your ways and means to avoid geotargeting however. www.rugbyzone.com
