I am paying rental of R5000 , water 300 excluded from the rental and have a prepaid electricity metre. I moved in february 2017 till now. I recently recently received the water bill and found out the water has not been paid for since i moved in and it appears ive never used water of more than R200 which means the landlord has been overcharging me yet not paying the bills. What should i do.
