Im currently using a Borehole to tank tank to pressure pump and pump into house. When its LS we need to change from the tank to municipal by turning 1 lever to open and close the municipal mains. The pressure pump is connected with a T just after this lever. Theres obviously non return valves installed.
.is there any type of way to do this whereby the mains just get closed off if the pump is pushing water through?

They are 24v AC solenoids. You are going to need someone to macguyver up something to do what you want. Or try 12V PWM.

I have never come across something that does exactly what I want. I also have mains, tank and bore hole that needs automation I just don't have the patience and energy to build something right now.

Check this out on takealot: WiFi electronic control water valve /Gas Valve Ewelink

I could just use this and let it control the actual lever I have
