Waterproof/Dustproof Compact?

Hi guys, I ride adventure motorcycles and always have a compact around my neck, unfortunately the dust and rain takes its toll on the camera. I am looking for a waterproof and dustproof compact, but it must have program modes, aperture and shutter priority and full manual control. I have looked at the Canon PowerShot D10, Olympus U790 and Pentax Optio W60 which are nice sturdy compacts but they are auto only and will not do. Any other models I could consider?
