Waterproofing in Pretoria

Hey guys was hoping the sealing would have worked but alas there is water getting in... How? Who knows.

It's not much likely less than 125ml in this crazy rain but one drop is one drop to many.

Anyone got a good waterproofing recommendation in Pretoria

Not in Pretoria, but Gauteng. A company called Advanced Waterproofing. You can google them. Used them quite a bit, on my properties. They are good
