WBS & iBurst websites broken

IBURST Website Giving ISSUE.

Not only the first time. Even when i wanted to SUBSCRIBE. Why dont they fix there useless pieace of S***T webiste, on couple of PCS i tried works and others dont. Someone at WBS should fix it. I've complained about it couple of times and nothing gets done even when you subscribe/Check bandwidth/EDIT Account. That where the error msg appears.

The error you are getting is 'the script in flash may cause the flash to become unreposnsive. WOuld you like to see the flash movie without running the flash script'

I have written to WBS about the same thing. Their half - assed flash developer never wrote a proper prelaoder for the data so what happens is the flash loads and on a sh1tty connection or whatever and I suspect their preloader relies on the data to exist... if it doesnt exist flash gets caught in this weird lopp which slows machines down and kills machines or browsers...

Another problem is they are not ending certain function in flash which is causing flash to slow down browsers and crash.

The average size of the WBS flash elements are about 150Kb These could weigh in at about 15Kb but offcourse their flash developer is using the bloatware that comes with flash commonly known as flash components... and to top it off they are using the Halo Component set.

when flash 3 was out long long ago it was called flash scripting... with the release of 4 or 5 Macromedia changed it to action scripting. You will find people call it flash scripting or action scripting. I prefer 'b1tch scripting' :D
 
Just discovered a linkup between a previous client (flash enthusiast) and Fusion Reactor, the site developers. I'd rather keep quiet before I get agitated again, but if he's involved with the site I wish I didn't get iBurst...

Taking your post as reference, I am glad he is working on the website, and not on one of our towers! :D
 
Of course We know WBS have Crap Flash Site creator, I wonder how he got the job. WBS are lossing loads of clients who want to subscribe. Since they getting those Errors. On one or 2 Pcs it works but others it just says ISSUE.

I wonder if they going to work and fix that, on there site. I wonder where they got this guy from 50 c store. :)
 
I don't agree at all, I think you just want to take anything that WBS and complain about it

I'm paying R700 a mointh for what. I just want the thing to work, if it works im happy but if not then. Im not so happy. You must understand R700 is a lot of money to give away if something doesnt work.
 
well it is working if you're posting here, maybe not working as well as it was but they do have network problems as we all know and i think its fair to at least wait till they've had the 3-6days they said they needed to sort the problems out
 
I will give them untill the end of the month.

WHEN it works it really works great for me. Unfortunately I find that to be after 22:00 @ night.

LOL, at least it keeps me from burning up all my bandwidth in one go.......
