WBS Speed Problems in Pretoria

Thanx rpm

Thanx, every bit will help. And they still deny there are problems on the network? Should we all forward our mails and possible records of phone calls re this problem? I spoke to Parvin on Thursday, 7 July 2005, at 11:53:01 about this specific problem after not receiving any reasonable answer from the Helpdesk.

Even more LOL:

MyADSL article said:
..has future plans to train more employees in the customer relations department which will hopefully provide subscribers with the communication channel they desire.

there is no need to train anybody else, in 2 months they'll have more than enough people to serve the customers that are left.

Very sad

if anything sounds sentech like it has to be this:

"They are hoping to introduce a second level support where technical questions will be fielded by WBS technicians."

think of how hard it is to get hold of support... trying to get anything outta of 2nd level support is 100x worse... ahh sentech and iburst should get together simetime... they have a lot in common.

Funny you say that, if I recall correctly an alter-ego of LG reported a long time ago, that WBS & Sentech had been meeting with one another...

About the 2nd level support, perhaps they should first introduce 1st level support @ WBS...just an obvious thought...when will WBS ever respond to emails sent to their [email protected] email subtractive...?

oh that meeting was discovered by my own in-house wbs fly-on-the-wall. Winston Smith met with Sasan Parvin to give him a list of new support excuses, hence after that meeting we started getting: 'but you are the only one' or 'everything seems fine here'

Sentech since moving to the dial-up arena realised they would not need their 2nd level support anymore because people should stop phoning about slow speeds and are willing to hire their second level support to WBS.

This explains WS looking for money or investors... to fund this new support.

Thats why Shaun Green moved... he could not head up 2nd Level support because in reality the public are not allowed to interact at ALL with 2nd level support and Shaun Green would have facilitated that kind of forbidden communication... hence he wanders in here once in a while muttering: 'Keep the faith'. It's not that he is saying that to us... it's what he repeately says to himself... they are considering using him for er... motivational speeches in the dank dungeons of wbs.

Anyway hence they have now chosen a new Operations Manager. One that cannot read nor think. This one is not a threat as this one is still being trained on how to use the telephone as many iburst users can testify.

Next week is mouse training.

Yup a friendly report about WBS.

I can confirm that musa can't read as she still has not answered the "nice" email I sent a few days ago.

I'll give it a few more days and then start flooding her email box
