Hi, I purchased one of these gizmos from WANTITALL (fantastic service) and am having difficulty in registering is with Wester Digital online. Just will not accept my password. Insists on uppercase, characters and lowercase letters. No luck with all sorts of combinations, not the ones I use for banking or for apple.
If anyone has experienced in registering and product with WD then PLEASE help me.

I bought 2 a few years back, and have not registered them, what are the benefits of doing so?
