Web access is 'govt's duty'

No thanks. The gov should stay away from the internetz with its clumsy hands. Its better that way for everyone...probably also lowers the number of heartattacks = less burden on medical system.
 
Licensing should be simply to manage interference. It should be nearly impossible not to get a license and spectrum can be auctioned off to the highest bidders. Regulation should follow instead of lead tech... We are bing held back in SA because everybody is too bloody scared of that inept minister and her clan of vampires holding the sector back...
