Web Africa and VPN

Question for you. I need to use my home Fibre to log onto the VPN for my office on occasion.
The VPN works when I am on the guest wifi at office. or when I use my phone as hotspot.
But just using the fibre the popup for my username and password do not appear.

It used to work the past 5 years, but the last month or so I noticed it does not. The tech support at the office says it is with the ISP provider. MWEB has the same thing.
What gives?
How is this fixed?

You probably been put under CGNAT, VPN's and CGNAT often have problems

makes sense. dammit. and web africa's help is soo awesome and fast. I need to ask them for Open IP or something. grr
