Web Africa Capped ADSL - Concurrent Connections

How does the concurrent connections option of Web Africa capped ADSL work? They say you can have 4x concurrent connections. Will all 4 connections have full speed or do they throttle the traffic between the connections.

I want to use 2 for work and 1 for home. (2x 4mbps line and 1x 2mbps).

Ok, got a response from WebAfrica. It will not be throttled. All connections run at full speed.
