So I can't connect with either of my WA accounts (691 error, doesn't get past the verifying password stage) and I phoned support. Got told that the CINX peering issues they're having is some internal issue and isn't affecting clients. I must switch off my router to clear the last session and if that doesn't work, phone back later. Now, the router reboot did nothing and I'm now expected to just wait until later and phone them back?
This is not on, I expect better service than to be without internet until they're ready to help. Anyone else experiencing connectivity issues like me?
