We ( Web Africa ) are currently having an issue and will resolve this as soon as we can.

All your above issues are related to this issue.

Our phone lines are jammed with calls and we apologize if you have been waiting on the line.

The problem appears to be fixed with at least one of my accounts showing that there is still prepaid remaining *sigh of relief*

Just got an SMS to say I have exceeded my usage limit. I almost pee'd myself

I shat myself and ran out of cancer sticks, had to go buy another box.

Yup sorry guys, the prepaid system became sentient at 6pm SAST. After SMS's and emailing customers the humans at WA fought back and seem to have the upper hand.

Should all be resolved and we'll send an apology SMS shortly!
