Web Africa, do they work weekends (Saturdays)?

Well Im capped and its the first time Im topping up with prepaid gigs from WA. Ive done the payment by EFT so when can I expect my username/pass? Do I need to send them proof of payment?
 
Yep, IIRC you just have to fax it to them or something, the proof of payment that is.
Dunno if they are actually in their offices over the weekends, but open a support ticket or something or use messenger, I'm sure they will be able to sort you.
 
Well I'm capped and I dont have another account to use on my line in the meantime plus I use Google Talk not Messenger :(. Im posting this from my phone, its my only connection ATM. No fax machine at home either...eish.
 
Or you could download your proof of payment after you've paid and email it to them at billing[at]webafrica[dot]co[dot]za

My account usually works instantly after I top up, even before I pay and email proof of payment. I think after you buy from them a few times, they trust that you will transfer the funds into their account and email/fax them proof of payment.
 
WA are open 24/7/365, theres will always be someone there to answer tickets and calls
 
WA rocks! Service levels are infinitely better than telkom. Well done, I'll be getting my prepaid gigs from WA from now on.
