Web Africa DSL console

Im new to web africa and fibre, i found the dsl console where i can view my usage but for some reason its not updating, it still shows 0gb used, is tehre something im missing? How do I update it to show me true usage?

Seems like there is a problem not updating usage every day.....

From another thread:

Got an email reply about the usage tracker:

"Thank you for your email.

Our Developers are aware of this issue as this is affecting all our customers.

The ETR for this is around the 20th of this month for the latest as they are waiting for the hardware to recity this issue."


So we all have no clue as to how much data we will use until the 20th then.
