Web Africa: DSL Line

Hi all

Has anyone recently switched to Web Africa (from Telkom) for the DSL line that they now offer?

If so, did you have any issues or was it a simple transfer?

I think you should rather check out what Axxess has on offer they charge R359 for a 4mbit connection where webafrica charges R413. The switch over too Axxess also seems quite simple I am planning on switching over to them myself.

Damn since when are WebAfrica ever more expensive than Axxess
Come on WebAfrica i think its time to drop those DSL line rentals to equal or better the Axxess price?
Also when are we going to be able to request DSL line rental transfers from Telkom to WebAfrica via the great WA customer web interface and without any service interruption?
I have a few lines that i would like to transfer over to you guys.
Also why do your IS local only accounts only offer 1 concurrent connection?
The R130pm 2GB int./30GB local one i have will another provider offers 2 concurrent connections. Also do yours offer 2GB international as well? your website does not mention this http://www.webafrica.co.za/solutions/internet_access_adsl_is_local.html

4MB is great & all, but I don't need the extra speed, nor do I want to spend more money on bandwidth usage.

Could be that Axxess is making its money of its other products and can therefore bring these prices down, where WA is doing the opposite?

.Geek even if you're not looking for a speed increase Axxess is still cheaper than WA by far.
