Having issues trying to authenticate my internet connection (says invalid password) and I can't even login to the client zone with my details. Anyone else having similar?

The client area of our site is currently unavailable.
Our engineers are performing maintenance and will have it up shortly!
 
Apparently some IS outage issue ........ meh, better be back up soon.
 
well for me it works for about 5 secs and then nothing....

Surely it's better and quicker to simply ask Webafrica themselves?

Why ask the forum when a single phone call will sort this out?
 
Cos LOADS of us use WA perhaps?

P.S. Oh & bad press spreads faster than anything else..

As jannier mentioned, the reason why the dsl console was offline last night was due to system maintenance being done.

I'm based in Randburg CBD and for the past week and a half/two weeks, the speeds have been abysmal - web pages half load, or you have to refresh the page two or three times before it loads up. Have tried Firefox as well as IE, and both have the same, slow issues. Seems to affect local as well as international browsing. Can you advise?

Wow, I didn't realise school was out. If you can't add anything constructive, please keep off this forum and grow up!

My thread, my reason for making it was that I was getting no joy from fscking phoning them ...... don't come troll if, as you put it, can't add anything constructive. Practice what you preach :rolleyes:
