Web Africa - Prepaid login problems

Hi all

Anyone unable to login with their WA prepaid shaped/unshaped accounts? Neither of mine want to login. TelkomInternet works fine.

DSL 384, CPT.

Go to your client area and submit a support ticket, or try to get the msn names of the support people, I usually chat on msn and it gets sorted

Fixed. For some or other reason, Firefox was using some old password when auto completing the password field for two of my accounts.

Hehe, yeah that's happened to me before with internet banking. I got locked out on top of it. grr

THis is so weird - same thing happened to me (also with my webafrica prepaid account). Changed the password in firefox and all was well. My other accounts were fine though. WTF?

Lost connection last night around 12:10, was getting auth failure for 5-10 mins and then reconnected and all was well.

Probably just had to reboot their radius server or some such.

haha, what are the chances.

The thing is, after Web Africa support emailed me back and said I had the wrong password, I went to check what password Firefox had stored for the two WA accounts I was trying to login with and they were both using the password from one of my TelkomInternet accounts.

Very strange, maybe Firefox and Telkom have something going on..

Firefox the best and only other explorer (besides internet explorer from windows) to use??
I'm using firefox aswel but having the same problems as you guys...
