I submitted a downgrade request before the 20th of last month, had it verified by sales agent the account was in that state and come this month... nothing, still in pending downgrade. I logged a support query but have not had much luck as yet. Has anyone faced this problem before and if so what did you do to fix it.
Edit: Finally got through to live support, apparently they are having quite a few problems with this but the guy I dealt with (Kevin) was able to put the request through, just waiting on it to take effect.
