Been slow since i reconnected yesterday, anyone else experiencing this?

Only for business. To differentiate they also have Titanium, Gold, Silver and... Treacle for those on MyBB specials.

Not only slow, but latency all over the place again!

...anybody know of a reliable / affordable ISP?

not me.. my afrihost unshaped account is also slow.
i guess the "slow isp" is in vogue
