Web Africa Speeds/billing

Hi there hope this form gets the right attention
I have been with web Africa for a month now withbthe worst service ever.
I have ordered a 50/40 fiber line with web Africa and they gave me a 20/10 fiber line and I have been billed two times at the fiber line that I ordered and no one comes to light. I have 6 mil pages of what's app chats but no results.
I have even asked for a manager or ceo to call me with also no results as well
I need your help to try and sort this out.

Unfortunately nothing we can do. We are just users and they have no reps monitoring the forum.

Maybe contact ISPA about it. That sometimes frightens will them.

Hi again well seams like some one from web africa is watching this tread as my speeds have been resolved now i have my full line speed 50/50 finally after 4 weeks of battling with web africa
