Worse than a bedroom based teenager reselling shared hosting.

In this day and age I do not think a bonafide hosting/internet service company should take longer than an hour to answer a support ticket. 24/7!
 
Wtf? Nagging? A support request is now nagging? Annoyed because no answer since 14.30 yesterday?

24/7, within the hour support. How much are you paying exactly that you expect this sort of service?
Your sense of entitlement is disgusting.
 
unless you are paying specifically for priority support over and above whatever you are paying for your services, you are ***** out of luck expecting a SLA on your support ticket to the urgency you want..
