POSITION SPECIFICATION/JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Technical Skills:

Programming

• Proficient in HTML
• Proficient in Java Script
• Proficient in Jquery
• Web Development

• Proficient in CSS
• A good understanding of web layout and presentation (i.e. working with colours/images/fonts)
• Minimum 3 Years total Web development experience

Advantageous Skills:

• Development in and ASP.net environment
• Silverlight Development
• Advanced CSS (Attribute selectors, Child selectors, Sibling combinations, Pseudo classes, First Child)

Non-technical:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to take instruction\guidance from senior staff
• High C in Disc profile

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Web page development using HTML, JQuery Javascript and CSS in Sharepoint
• Assisting with SharePoint Web part creation for use in Group sites (internal and external)
• Group Website maintenance (uploading of new content)
• Group HTML based email creation
