Web development app suggestion?

I haven't coded websites an many years so the stuff I used to use either doesn't exist anymore or in the case of Dreamweaver (which did most of the above) is following a SAS model which I don't like much.

I kinda feel that most IDE's have completely slimmed down to become as lean and lightweight as possible and then users can add features as they wish using addons or extensions.

From what I've used, VSCode seems to be the most flexible.
Sublime Text is by far the fastest.
Jetbrains (Pycharm/etc), fully features by default but slow as f.
