Hi guys, there's a blog am busy with. I want visitors to be able to generate a random number from the site, and then after that, the software must return the number generated by the user and then give the average number generated by all users who visited for the day.

It should be able to limit the user to generate only once in a period of 24hrs, users can be blocked by IP or coockies.

Anyone know of web service or Wordpress plugin tha does something like that? Or a Softiculous script or something.

That sounds like a very specific request, so I highly doubt you'll find something doing exactly that. Best bet would be to find a developer willing to build it for you for a case of beer... It really shouldn't take too long to build.

You'd have more luck building it yourself, as the limit and recording requirements are specialised. That being said, it should be fairly easy to implement depending on how your website manages users,

It would be a good idea to ask at stackoverflow.com just specify that you are using wordpress and if you have access to a database (If so, what ?). Developers like details.

I can do it for you in about an hour for a case of Windhoek draught

This is most definitely not a candidate for a stack overflow question
