WebAfrica and OpenWeb 10Mbps uncapped

Hi there

I really need to switch from my current ISP to a a differeent one. The 2 options I came across were WebAfrica and OpenWeb both adsl and 10Mbps uncapped. My question know is wich one of these are more suitable for gaming online and general download speed. If it also matters were i live, then i would say that I live in cape town in durbanville.

Why OpenWeb??? I also download about 200 gb a month.

Because WebAfrica have restrictive rolling thresholds. OpenWeb doesn't punish you for using your internet at all.

+1.

Playing on WAGE servers does give you a bonus if you are using WA and since you are in Cape Town you don't get stuck with the IPC problem that people in Durban/Gauteng have (All traffic is router from you -> Cape Town -> destination).

But OpenWeb does have a better network that it runs on, less rules and not a lot of shaping (compare this to WA's very restrictive shaping).

I think i should get a trial account on wa and one from openweb and decide who would be better.
