Damn I have been trying to get a domain registerd though webafrica since tuesday, and its always "pending". a co.za query shows it has not even been registerd.

they dont answer thier phones and there ticket resolution time sucks.

I am glad i dont host with them anymore, as i shudder to think how they will handel mission critical systems.

Unfortunitly i just rely on them for domain registration.

In fact i have, I have 3 support tickets, and many phone calls. I am allowed to express my general dissatisfaction with a company that is so eager to take my money every month.

This is somewhat concerning to hear, our domains process has improved significantly throughout last year, so you shouldn't be waiting this long to have it registered.
I can however say, that from yesterday we've seen a huge influx of tickets which our support guys are motoring through as I'm writing this

What I can offer, is drop me a PM with your client code and domain you want registered and I'll take care of things from here. Measures will also be put in place to further streamline our processes.

Why you hosting locally anyway, pricing is exorbitant and local hosts are unreliable?
