To be honest, they can't really be compared.
OpenWeb offers IS services with an emphasis on cheap packages =)
No problem with that =)
WebAfrica offers SAIX services with an emphasis on support, nor is there a problem with that =)
No use saying "OMFGLAWL MY ISP PWNZ JOO", it'll just start a fight that no-one will win =P

Reap the benefits of both, Openweb 30GB Local and WebAfrica Pre-Paid for int'l. both running through RouteSentry. Now I can say that I use the BEST 2 ISP's.
