Webafrica Billing issue

Hi,just want to know something from you guys.

This is what happened

on the 29th i decided to take a 2mb uncapped package i got to their payment page and I was instructed to pay R 7 pro rata, around 5min later i changed to a 40gb capped home acc which is the same price as instant activation took place ( this is an upgrade because according to them downgrades activate at the beginning of the month TODAY!!, but mine was instant) I was then instructed to pay R 67 and then proceed so i go on, I check my email i get the 2 invoices both correct, Later that night i decided to check their client area and i saw an outstanding R 225 when just that day I owed R 0, So i get in touch with WA helper on twitter and he gets the billing department to contact me, according to them after I paid pro rata i had to pay the rest of the amount for this month which makes ZERO sense.

What else can I do ??? the support agent was pretty useless in clarifying the situation

Has our team called you to explain the charges?
 
Five days to respond?

And you wonder why everyone says WA supports has gone to ****.
 
Haven't been here lately. But after a week someone finally responded to my ticket and credited me and told me they had an issue. This happened after 3 calls to the billing department telling me I was at fault. Very disappointed. Should have stayed with afrihost. Take this as warning to those who are considering them after their recent price drop. Absolute crap
