im back to tell you That MY WebAfrica 1 MB/s Dsl is BACK TO FULL Throttle.

never was any Shaping or Throttling or EVEN 10 Day Throttled Shaping NO FUP limit kinda thing

it Was a PURE DNS Issue. i switched over to GOOGLE DNS international

VOILAH Everything lower latency FULL Speed ive used over 74 gigs of Steam Downloads and other Web browsing

anyway i contacted WA and they saw an issue FIXED it

ive Switched back yesterday to Normal internet solutions local DNS

everythang is HUNKY Dory peechy chee chee <3 <3 (y)
