Hello Everyone :)

so to be Making a WHOLE NEW Thread. This needs to Be Addressed URGENTLY.

i am a Steam Home PC Gamer i have over 40 Games in my {Steam account} downloaded over 70 Gigs.

Throttled to: 6 KBps

Not Able to Properly Browse Facebook i can Browse MyBroadband News just fine but the speeds for local file hosting [if any exist] is still slow.

i know you are going to Say..... just hang in there. today is the 31st.

this Throttling is Kind of Nasty. Why does iS need to Throttle or Shape when they have A SUPER Massive Backbone all over the Planet?!

Where on the rating scale are you on at the moment? Also how much GB's are do you use a month as a capped account might be better suited.

It sounds like you're in 2meg. The thresholds are dependent on your line speed.

You can easily get rid of the shaping by downloading at night for a few days.
 
WA is ****. Check out CrystalWeb. Its shaping policy's very reasonable.

I have received your PM and have asked our team to take a look. As your account is in the Green zone which should give you full performance during the day.
 
WA Business Uncapped is terrible during business hours. Youtube's being shaped from 7AM to 5PM on weekdays. I always schedule my downloads between 12AM and 6AM and yet it doesn't prevent me from getting placed under the 'Yellow'/'Red' category. Imo, it's way overpriced for what it offers. FU.CK YOU, WA!

Hi Gamerelite-network,

According to feedback from our team they made contact with the account holder and explained that we have reported the issue to our upstream provider and will provide feedback as soon as possible.
