WebAfrica Capped ADSL

Sooooo last week Thrusday my internet access comes to an abrupt halt with a warning saying I have been capped. Also received the emails saying the same thing.

According to the dslConsole my Anytime usage is only at 89%? Why am I losing out on 11% of my paid for cap.
 
@Old_Liver - we have a technical glitch in the console - kindly DM us with your customer code - will fix this for you asap
