Please webafrica fix your client area site.

It doesn't work correctly in firefox. So when I try type out a ticket in your client area to convey my frustrations with the billing, I am only met with more frustration when I try and actually submit the ticket. The submit button just plainly refuses to work, where as the cancel works absolutely fine.

I can't see why the cancel works, but the submit doesn't?

Just tried internet explorer too and it also doesn't work there either...

Before anyone tells me to contact them and complain...I tried...but the ticket submit doesn't work.
 
lol, maybe they decided to have a long weekend and figured the best way to keep the stats up is to just disable the ticket system, that way it doesn't reflect poorly on the response times... lol :p

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you're having in attempting to create a support ticket with us.
I have tried to replicate what you are experiencing on my side but I do not seem to get the same issue.

An alternative way to create a support ticket, is to send in an email to [email protected].
We would also like to sort out this bug you may have found, so if you remember what you did, or can replicate the problem again, then please send us the exact steps you took, up until the point where you were unable to submit the support ticket. We'll have our developers sort this out immediately.
 
Found a solution. Had to do with me not having any contacts on my account.

Might want to look into making that a bit more user friendly.

Thanks for the feedback, there is definitely room for improvement here, I have escalated this to our customer operations department and we will investigate making this more user friendly, as per your suggestion.
