WebAfrica connection problems?

I'm having problems receiving e-mail from the WebAfrica pop server; it just throws the error 'POP3 connection to xxxxxxxxx failed: No route to host'

My proxy server shows the same error when accessing http://www.webafrica.co.za

I'm on an Axxess 3gb shaped account and am connecting from Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

can access the website now, e-mail still throwing the same error though

Just wanted to check my usage, but the dsl console and www.webafrica.co.za is not available.

Other website seem to work though. I'm connected via Webafrica Unshaped right now.

Just checked my e-mail. Sending and receiving successful on all my acounts.

Edit: Website up for me again.

weird, the dsl console @ http://dsl.webafrica.co.za seems to be working for me now.

Guess they did a quick reboot of the servers or some router.

EDIT: There's an Alert on the website. Emergency maintenance on the 'win09' server.
I wonder if Bill Gates was responsible.

Could be worst, my mothers' telkom e-mail has been down for a few days now...

Seems like some sort of DNS issues ...
I couldn't access the console yesterday either.
I'm also having trouble opening certain websites and connecting to IRC.

I ping a dynamic domain linked to a friends PC, with no replies and then 5 minutes later I get replies - and then a little while later, I get timeouts again.

Hopefully this gets resolved soon!
