WebAfrica consultant crazies.

Your pi$$ing and moaning about them wanting your CC details, quickly evolved into a general badmouthing of the ISP:

and

IF you managed your own finances better...or used a product you actually could afford, none of these issues would've occurred. But, as the norm in the world today, the blame is shifted.

Pathetic really...
Cry me a river.
You have a worse attitude and attack mode against me than I had against them.

You know fkall of my circumstances and where my finances originate from.
I don't need to justify myself to you or anyone else.

I could give a flying fk what you think.
/ignoring and moving on.

I know you have me on your ignore list @SpaceIgniter but seriously @Dark Agent suggestion is exactly what you need.

A virtual card can be given a limit and you can happily give out those details knowing that any fraudulent activity will be rendered moot by the fact that the card can be cancelled at any time, and that you only leave enough money in there for WA.

But you willing to share it on there online portal?
That's not sharing.
It gets processed via a payment gateway. They have zero clue what the CVV or OTP is to make the transaction.

So you do payment manually on a monthly bases?

Personally I will not share my account details also. I agree with you on that.

So you were behind with payment, there system as usual doesn't work when you need it to work, the staff member attempted to help you and ask for your details to process payment. You freak out and say that it does not work like this and insulted the staff member instead of saying sorry I cannot provide you with the information and prefer to make payment via a gateway.

All ISP account should be settle before the 1st of the Month, regardless of your financial situation, you never pay for the service and in this case you were in the wrong.

You are like 1 in 1000 that got through to a consultant that attempted to resolve your issue and you blew that chance. All I can advice is request them to activate you again and wait 24 - 48 hours for activation. I do know stuff happens and go behind, but they were good to not suspend you and gave a little time. Also you must know that some system are automated and takes time to trigger off.

You seem misinformed.
I wasn't rude to the consultant. I did tell him that it doesn't work that way.
I tried the payment whilst talking to him. After he asked to make the payment on my behalf. The payment went through.
So it's more likely a bank issue on my end.

Yes. I do manually make the payment each month due to it being a debit card and not a credit card.

As I've said multiple times. I was suspended and couldn't use the connection. To reiterate as well, I am not complaining whether they were wrong to suspend me. It's normal and I accept it. This thread is solely based on the fact that my card details would need to be provided for them to make the payment.

I didn't blow my shot at anything either.
Paid the account and contacted the same day to unsuspend. They said they would, which they didn't. Had to contact them the following day to unsuspend. It took a few minutes and was online.

I'm well aware how the process works.
I'm not a plat neusie that doesn't know sht.

I'm always polite and patient with them.
I don't disrespect or insult them.
This account has been active for almost a year, so they know I always settle the account. I'm not late with payments on a regular basis. CV19 had a major impact on my finances and those around me.
All in all, I don't hate the ISP. I never contact them. I've been in the ICT Industry for 20 years. So this is an irregular situation.
