Been on Whatsapp, waiting and chatting to +- 11 agents - USELESS USELESS USELESS.
Being charged for two services, but it is one service moved to a different house - by them.
Now they are suspending my account because of non-payment as I am NOT paying for two services.
On whatsapp now for 21 hours since Thursday last week to get them to rectify their fault - Been transferred between Agents faster than playing checkers !!!
Bunch of useless clowns pretending to be THE BEST.
