Webafrica Disaster again : This time by operator Shiham / Augustin Bell

I asked them to transfer my adsl lines to Telkom and they went ahead and submitted a cancellation,
What a disaster and they refused to answer why they did it.

How do we let a ISP like Webafrica get away with this type of service, what can we do to penalize a company like this ?

Does anyone know how I can undo this process before the adsl line is actually disconnected.

Call telkom.

Line already cancelled and a weekend with no internet for a retail store is no joke. The persons involved Shiham and Augutin Bell never bothered to even call and explain. So much for a large ISP. I am about to place a complaint to the ISPA about this horrific service.

[email protected] - look up their bosses and gooi.

The only time I ever got any cooperation from these folk is when the CEO & CIO started getting emails from an angry customer.

Was always under the impression that this was for ICASA to decide and act upon?

I would love to report them to ICASA, I have always seem to have gotten the worst of service from them which is why I was moving my services away in the first place. Maybe they were just being malicious because of the move.

With Webafrica you really need to follow up regularly, they really do seem to be unable to manage things themselves
