After many years of good ADSL service with WA I just had a major fail.

I moved the domain hosting from the existing provider to WA, I received the mail the transfer is complete so I logged onto the control panel and setup the MX, A, etc records.
The consultant Zack/Zackie checked them and confirmed they were correct, I then waiting the requisite 24 hours conducting business by the phone and by this morning nothing was working.
On calling support , Agent Luzaan who now informs me the records are incorrect and even if I fix them I will need to wait another 24 hours

Fail WA, you will not see any further hosting business from me since clearly you dont have the tech skills to support it

Morning hgiddy,

I'd like to have a look into this for you, moving a domain to us shouldn't have involved what you've mentioned above here.

To give you a little bit of background info on the process from our end, once you request a domain with us - either to just be parked or hosted on our end, we'll need to setup the domain on our system and make sure that DNS is all there, including the NS records. Once that's done, we give you the go ahead and the transfer takes place.

This is were the 24 hours comes in. If the NS or anything other DNS entries weren't on setup on our systems it could fail - which is what I'd like to have a look at. If you could please drop me a PM with your client code and the domain name that you wanted to have transferred to us I'll gladly follow up with Zakkie and Razaan - the agents you dealt with - to have this sorted :)
