Switched to webafrica last week from mweb. I have never (not once in several years) been disconnected or lost my connection with mweb.
However since switching I have lost connection several times.
Hope it is just a temporary glitch.

The issue should be fixed. Are you still having issues?
since its a office we switched to different account with diff ISP, will move back to WA once the issue is marked as resolved on your website since we can't afford even more downtime
