Yeah mine stopped working, so I restarted my router which then said my password was invalid, so I restarted again and it's working again.

Switched to webafrica last week from mweb. I have never (not once in several years) been disconnected or lost my connection with mweb.

However since switching I have lost connection several times.

Hope it is just a temporary glitch.

Things have come back up now and we waiting on a report from our network team around the cause.

I didn't lose connection on 2 lines at our HO, but some of the accounts we manage did go down, Kempton Park, Durban to mention a few. Hosting was down completely though. So finding the cause would be interesting.

Switched to webafrica last week from mweb. I have never (not once in several years) been disconnected or lost my connection with mweb.

However since switching I have lost connection several times.

This was a temporary issue which is resolved and we will post more info once we get the report from our Network team.

Have you contacted our ADSL support to investigate the disconnects you experiencing?

I lost connectivity at 11:25 but was back 5 minutes later. Don't know if it is related to this issue though.

since its a office we switched to different account with diff ISP, will move back to WA once the issue is marked as resolved on your website since we can't afford even more downtime

The ADSL issue is resolved.
