Had some problems this morning on WA as well, but reset my router and everything seemed fine after that

We have been experiencing a influx of calls this morning with similar queries.

Could you please try to reboot your router and test your connections again.

If this does not rectify the issue then I ask that you please pm me your client code and contact details.

I would like to investigate the accounts and have it logged with the engineers.

Same issue this morning (also Webafrica) did the "reset the router" thing and it works fine now!

Had some issues with my connection at home - was fine after reset.

Same issue here at work with some international sites (very slow loading times) - sadly I can't just walk up to the router and reset it

First problem I saw in logs was hourly download script failing @ 02:00. Router reset @ 06:00 fixed problem.

Haha so true, I think we have this habit of getting irritated with adsl problems so fast we just phone and and complain
