not the only one. My friend has the same issue. since they went over to the new network, the network side of things went a little better. My friend has this weird issue with VoIP applications like Teamspeak and Discord. Try calling them, they have never heard of these things, one straight up told me that she doesnt know what fiber is. I kid you not
