So I thought I'd post this here, I mean we need one cause honestly it is what it is. Don't expect a rep from them to do anything I doubt they are on here. Anyways enjoy the weekend all you sexy techs!

I'll go first,

Customer is changing their CPE over to an ASUS router so we need their Web Africa PPPOE Username and Password, normally a procedure that takes less than 15 min to get, takes me a solid 3 hours on their useless whatsapp bot thing Willie. Of course my hours are billable but I have to think for the customer sake so it doesn''t cost them a fortune. Anyways went through 2 agents before they managed to get me the PPPOE creds but damn it.

Customer moves into a new apartment, Web Africa Accounts failed to do the paperwork correctly line is active but there is no internet. again 3 whole hours explaining to WA that their credentials don't dial even though the PON is green. I swear I should charge more each time I have to deal with a crap bot but managed to get openserve to rock up and they manage to fix it.
 
Absolutely useless cheats
Ordered a service through them, continuously had to follow-up why the order was not being processed and was told I needed to pay a fee which I did. Then had to follow-up again why it was showing the fee was unpaid. After sorting that mess out there was already a service on the line from the previous tenant. Then I had to continuously follow-up again to when the line was going to be released. I canceled the order as they never supply information unless asked and I like most need a connection to work in the evening. Now they are not releasing the line to the new isp I chose and still holding this fee I paid knowing more than likely at the time I could not get a service. I have in the interim made use of lte available and will use that to post negative reviews every evening on different platforms and sites until the line is released and my money refunded.
