Not international only, they were completely down for a while. All ok now.
 
Changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 seems to help. Picked that up from the other WA thread.

We unfortunately had authentication issues over the weekend which caused your issues. Our Status page was updated with this information.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused and our Network team have advised that the issues should be permanently fixed now.
