I had an issue that needed resolving. The WA rep here put me in touch with someone called Geffin Jones who understood my issue and promised a resolution. I went overseas for a bit so postponed the process.

Now that I am ready to proceed Mr Jones is ignoring my emails.

The rep here was supposed to get him to contact me but instead got someone else to call me who of course has no idea about my problem and conversion and promise of resolution by Geffin Jones.

I consider this dishonesty and poor service by WA.
You cannot promise a resolution for a customer then turn your back on them!!

I have been with them for over 10 years with my hosting and ADSL but now it seems I have to find someone else to do business with.

As per the private message, I asked Geffin to contact you and he managed to assist you. Please let me know if there's anything else we can assist with.

Empty promises again!!

He has not called me again after the very first call 2 weeks ago.

I agree, have dealt with Web Africa on behalf of clients before and their support is pathetic. I recommend going with Afrihost Uncapped ADSL (capped is also good if you dont use much) and Hostking for web hosting. Both companies have excellent support. Their prices are slightly higher but I stick with them because of the excellent support :)
