I've been a huge punter of WA being the best ISP to everyone that has asked me about it but today they've seriously let me down.
A few years ago I won a WA complete package from MyBB at a discounted rate and have been enjoying it ever since.
Now this weekend I have finally moved out of my mothers house and into my own new place and all I want is for line with the discounted deal to be transferred to my new telkom line ( which I got installed today ) and then put a new full price 1 meg line package onto the existing line at my Moms house because she doesn't need 10 meg and I don't want her to have to pay for it anyway. I've spoken to someone in billing and shes spoken to her manager and its apparently an impossible feat for them to allow me to do so.
Very disappointed to say the least as WA have always looked after me - I just dont understand why something that is so simple can't be done.
