So Webafrica updated there front page & their way of login.
Does anyone els have login issue ?

I cant login. I continuously get the your password is wrong message. Try and sent the Password to my E-mail or SMS it to me, gets me the "500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed"
message, as I am on Webafrica pay as you go I cant buy any more cap as I cant log in

So anyone els getting this ?

Thanks for the feedback Esea. That sounds very odd.

I'll mention this to the Dev's tomorrow. Could I also recommend that you send in a support ticket in case the issue is localised to your account.

No issues that we are aware of there. I do believe however that last week there was an issue with logging into the client services area - all sorted now though :)
Are there still problems logging into your account?

I haven't been able to replicate the errors from my end. As waroop says though, there could get an isolated problem here. See if you can login from this URL:

Otherwise, drop me a PM with your client code and I'll have things looked into from my end :)
 
Strange I use to login whi [email protected]ed but that doesn't work anymore it just takes the xxx part

Hhhmm, was this not your login to dsl.webafrica.co.za to your DSL Console?
In any case, can you confirm that things are working now? The xxx (for example ABC00) is your client code which logs you into our website :)
 
I used [email protected]e ( where xxx is my client code) since the start of 2010 and it always took me straight form the front page to the section where you manage your bandwhit for that account. Now I have to navigate there as just the xxx part takes me to my account management. But no worries along as I can still surf the interwebs.

As Jeff mentioned the general problems with the client login seems to be resolved. Esea's post is however correct. Previously one could enter ADSL details on the same sign-in and it would automatically redirect you to the usage section of the dsl console. Currently when entering these details however you get an error "The username or password you have provided is incorrect.". We have already notified our developers. In the interim please access it via the direct link - dsl.webafrica.co.za
