Playing online gaming, EU servers. Does anyone know why I get 175ms on a stand mtn prepaid sim but 220ms with webafrica mtn?

I've done a "side-by-side" comparison between Supersonic MTN and Afrihost MTN and found that Supersonic had an average ping of 170-180, whereas Afrihost has a ping of +-200. (Using the same router, DNS, MTN tower etc.) Could it be that the traffic is routed differently between the "naked" MTN (or SuperSonic) network and using WebAfrica/Afrihost as an ISP on the MTN network???

(Other interesting thing is that the download speeds to the London server was much slower on the Supersonic network.)
This is interesting, would you be willing to run some trace routes to see where the differences are?

I have two MTN simcards and two Telkom simcards:
MTN Webafrica with WA's APN and MTN prepaid with MTN's APN
Telkom Webafrica with WA's APN and Telkom prepaid with TK's APN
Here is one of the online games I play:

Is WA throttling me? or is MTN throttling WA? or what?

You could consider moving to Supersonic if you really want that sub 200... (Their client portal is bare bones and I've had a couple of issues with top-ups not registering, but their network seems solid...)That's very sad for me...
I had(it's been cancelled at the end of the month) WA Telkom, I used a Mtn prepaid sim to check what I would get latency wise, sub 180ms is pretty good for SA - EU. So I ordered and changed to WA Mtn thinking I'll get the same or better results. Ended up been worse..
Thanks for the tests and reply
