Re-instate Webafrica MyBB Special

I'm sure you remember that a few months back, webafrica were giving 16gb (now 30gb) 4mb accounts to mybb users for R499 per month.

I was one of those lucky people to have been accepted to take advantage of this great offer. The thing is, I realised at the time that I didn't need it, so actually never landed up applying for it.

Now, my usage has increased and would love to get that account re-instated.
Could anyone advise me who to talk to at webafrica that would be kind enough to re-instate the account for me?

Call and ask them. I am on that special too. My qiestions is what would we pay with the new R8 per GB deal that they have?
 
Doubt they'll activate the special for you again.

They clearly stated that you can have the special indefinitely as long as you don't cancel it. ;)

but you cant cancel if u didnt sign up yet?

i got the 11gb/R99 special, signed up after a month cos i was waiting for my line to be installed

Yeah..they are... Just look for the okes with bloody noses for retracting their R15 p/g topup product. :)

Hi alkit

The Titan special was offered for a limited time only and therefore we can't re-instate that special. Those that are on the Titan special and continue to utilise them, will not get discontinued because this is a product. We do have a special on the Complete 5 package, have a look at our website.

Alternatively, you can contact our sales department and they will advise you what will best suit your needs :)

I'm not even referring to the Titan special. I am referring to the 16gb 4mb special offered to mybb customers for R499. I was accepted to take advantage of that special. All I am asking for is the ability to instate that now as I didn't take advantage of it at the instant it was offered to me.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

The 16GB 4Mb special was available for a period of 2 weeks only as per the terms attached with the special.

True, but like I said, still doubtful that they'll activate it now.

I'm not sure if the rules mentioned anything about having a set time to activate, but in my opinion it's a given. If you don't take advantage of the opportunity at the time, you lose out...that's how life works.
