Webafrica/openserve Slower at night

I am with webafrica/openserve on 500/250mbps, at night my download speed slows down to around 200-300 mbps, my upload speed is always fine at 243 mbps. Why could this be? I'm in Pretoria North area.

I started having the same issue with Webafrica. 100mb line gives me 60 down during the day and 30 down at night.

It used to be fine, don't know what changed.

I contacted Webafrica about it today and they logged it with openserve this morning. Got a call from openserve a few hours ago and now I'm waiting for the technician coming today, I will let you know if they sort it out.

It's congestion somewhere, as much as I hope the technician can assist. They will just be checking optic levels etc at first.
