WebAfrica & Outlook

smtp.webafrica.org.za

and it uses authentication, so use your webafrica email and password

Three suggestions so far!
I use smtp.webafrica.org.za.
Some people (not me) have found it slow, or something. In that case you could use the saix alternative.

You have to use your ISP's SMPT server - Webmail doesn't have one.

h) Using Outlook / Outlook Express to POP emails

Incoming POP3 mail server : mail.webmail.co.za
Outgoing SMTP mail server : Your ISP
(This is the name of the server with whom you connect to the web - e.g. Netactive, Mweb or Vodacom or your companies server. Contact them and ask them to give you this info.
Alternatively, subscribe to Webmail ISP and you may use our SMTP server.

Specify your full account name: [email protected]
(The password is the same as that used to log into your webmail account)

Do not specify to 'logon using Secure password authentication'.

You MUST login via the www.webmail.co.za (or similar) websites at least every month, or your email account will be deleted due to non-usage and non-login.
